Users are responsible for seeking independent professional advice in relation to any contractual, financial, legal, or tax matters arising outside the platform.

2. User Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge and agree that:

• fipneXt is an information and reporting system only
• Any financial or contractual arrangement referenced on the platform exists independently outside the platform
• Outcomes under such arrangements may vary and involve commercial or counterparty risk
• No performance, repayment, or outcome is guaranteed by fipneXt
• Use of the platform is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the user

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fipneXt and FIP FZE LLC, UAE shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from decisions taken based on information displayed on the platform
• Issues originating from third-party or counterparty data
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical malfunctions
• Cybersecurity incidents, system vulnerabilities, or external service failures
• Changes in legal, regulatory, or contractual environments affecting external arrangements

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be strictly limited to the fees (if any) paid by the user for platform access during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4. Content Updates and Platform Changes

FIP FZE LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify platform features, access conditions, or internal policies
• Make changes necessary for operational, security, or governance reasons

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this Disclaimer or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the related parties at their destination countries.
